The United States Supreme Court may be getting ready to overturn what some say is the most famous case of judicial activism, the Roe v Wade decision abortion on demand.

The High Court voted 5-4 not to order an immediate injunction to stop Texas’s Abortion Heartbeat Prohibition bill that became law on September 1^st. To note, Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. once again sided with the liberals on the Court who wanted to block the prohibition.

Expect other petitions to be filed in opposition by pro-abortion advocates.

Could this Court overturn Roe v Wade? Will President Biden now move quickly to attempt to pack the Court with more liberal justices? 

One thing is for sure; the Florida Legislature will also be taking up their Heartbeat legislation in the upcoming session.
