“Biden Administration’s COVID/Election Questioning Censorship Found Illegal”
If you took to social media to question anything about COVID or election issues and had your post deleted, justice is finally coming forth.
The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans found that President Biden’s White House, Surgeon General, Centers for Disease Control, and FBI all coerced social media platforms to take down posts they didn’t like.
The court ruled those were illegal actions and accounted for an unconstitutional violation of your First Amendment rights of free speech.
Let me be clear: This is a dangerous breach of the precious freedoms our Founding Fathers guaranteed us and the countless sacrifices of those who have fought to keep us free.
Our President acts as if he is the head of a totalitarian state, not a Republic, taking us dangerously downward toward socialism and Marxism.
