What happened to the American values of honesty, character, integrity, and your handshake was your bond?
We have sunk to the lowest common denominator.
Every act of cheating and lying has been perpetrated against President Trump. The lies just keep coming: The Hillary Clinton Campaign, the FBI, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, C-SPAN Presidential Debate Moderator Steve Scully, and the list goes on and on.
We’ve always had cheating and lying scoundrels, skullduggery in the history of American politics.
Unfortunately for us, it has become the rule and not the exception.
Bill Bunkley is a 14-year veteran Salem Radio Network talk show host based in west-central Florida, airing weekdays 3 to 6 PM. Bill is also President of the Florida Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, which serves as legislative consultant to the Florida Baptist State Convention (Southern Baptist Churches throughout Florida), among other churches and entities. He has served as legislative consultant to the Convention for the last 24 years at the state capitol in Tallahassee.
