To no one’s surprise, New York City has fallen into the hands of a socialist and a communist. The Wednesday edition of the New York Post said it all with its front-page headline, “The Red Apple,” along with a picture of Mayor Elect Zohran Mamdani, dressed in all red, holding up the old Soviet Union's symbol of communism, the “hammer and the sickle.”
The Mayor Elect began his victory speech not in English, but in Arabic: “I am one of you, peace to you.” Chants in the audience were not USA, USA, but DSA, DSA, chanting for a “Democratic Socialist America.”
President Trump’s first response was “And so it begins.”
The smiling snake oil salesman will take over on January 1. Soon, New Yorkers will realize they have been duped by Mamdani’s false promises.
America, this is your wake-up call.
