Bill Bunkley with Something to Think About

It’s been an extraordinary historical weekend in the Middle East.

Remnants of the terrorist groups Al-Qaeda and ISIS had been reforming in northwestern Syria. When Israel relented to the blackmail of the Biden Administration for a ceasefire with Hezbollah, Al-Queda and ISIS began their move to overthrow the Assad regime.

In a matter of days, the terrorists began overrunning town after town from the north to the south until they took over the capital, Damascus.

Astonishingly, President Assad, the Syrian army, the Russians, and Iran’s Republican Guards all ran and fled the country.

This changes everything for Israel and for the region.

Israel’s IDF is destroying Syrian air defense systems, aircraft, and weapons depots, keeping those assets out of the hands of the terrorists.

Stay tuned; there are more historical events yet to unfold.
