More reports are coming forth, pointing out that formerly active, attending Christians are not going to church or attending online.

Not attending church every week, either in person or online, is not a good idea for a Christian’s mental health.

A new Gallup Survey finds that people are feeling their current mental health is slipping lower and lower. Considering 19 distinct categories, including gender, party identification, religious church attendance, race, marital status, age, and household income, only those attending weekly church services scored an improvement in mental health.

All other categories experienced a double-digit dip decline.

Maybe this survey will motivate many Christians to plug back in.

This is not the time to go it alone or be a lone ranger believer.
