We have arrived at “the most wonderful time of the year.”

Now that implies a most festive time of the year, which it is; time to gather with friends and family, which we do; and a time of peace and relaxation which may be more fantasy than reality.

With that said, did you know that heart attacks spike up dramatically on Christmas Eve?

A 16-year Swedish study found a 37% higher chance of you having a heart attack by the 10:00 hour on Christmas Eve!

Now that ought to give you pause. 

How much pressure is on you to “get it all done?” Will credit card excesses have you thinking plastic surgery come January?

Why not try focusing on the REAL reason for the season, the birth of God’s Saving Son, which will help keep all things in perspective, and keep you out of the ER on the big night.
