With the arrival of 2023 comes a new set of possibilities, and, of course, with those will also come some challenges.

You can choose to go it alone and ride a wild rollercoaster or plug into a Source, not a force who’s never surprised by unscheduled events or disappointments.

You can learn about this Source by reading each day through the wisest book ever written about truthful living, the Bible.

You, too, can achieve successful living by studying about God the Father, His Son Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

Many reading plans are available to guide you through the Bible this year.   

Make daily Bible reading your New Year’s Resolution. It will keep on giving and providing rewards day after day.

Bill Bunkley is a 17-year veteran Salem Media talk show host based in Tampa. The Bill Bunkley Show airs weekdays across central Florida from 3 to 6 pm. Bill is also President of the Florida Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, which serves as the legislative consultant to the Florida Baptist State Convention (Southern Baptist Convention Churches), among other churches and entities. He has served as the legislative consultant to the Florida Baptist State Convention for the last 26 years at the state capitol in Tallahassee. By the Grace of his Lord Jesus, he is today a cancer survivor diagnosed in 2018 with AML Leukemia, having successfully undergone a bone marrow transplant that same year. His wife is Toni, son is Zac, and they attend Idlewild Baptist Church.
