We all know that “Big Brother” government is constantly watching us.
But what and where should we draw the line between government’s need to know and what unconstitutionally invades our personal privacy rights?

A solar-powered Flock Camera is a new AI tool that takes photos of passing vehicles' license plates and vehicle features, including bumper stickers. As far as I know, Flock Cameras are not capturing facial recognition.
It uploads searchable data to the cloud and generates law-enforcement alerts, saved for 30 days.
Law enforcement uses it to locate stolen cars, criminals, or missing people.
But the ACLU argues that continuous random tracking is an unregulated mass surveillance network without a warrant.
So, what say you?
