More people are traveling and taking increasing advantage of private vacation rentals along with motels and hotels.

But you must be aware that bad actors are on the rise, hiding secret cameras in the rooms of these lodging locations.

Where are they hiding cameras?

 In alarm clocks, USB wall chargers, Bluetooth speakers, lamps, smoke detectors, thermostats, air vents, smart home hubs, picture frames, mirrors, fake plants, tissue boxes, shower heads, wall outlets: anything that faces the open room or bathroom.

Finding out your privacy has been violated is one of the most unsettling moments of your life.

But there is a way to prevent this illegal activity.

For a little over $100, you can buy an RF signal detector to locate any cameras.

Doing so will give you peace of mind.
