Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The same can be said of a deal.

President Trump has taken a big step in his “Art of the Deal” approach to trust the ruling Ayatollah and the Iranian Republican Guards that they have turned over a new leaf.

This either will turn out to be Trump’s all-time best deal or a dance with the devil.

I am very skeptical that the Iranians are sincere that they will abandon their desire to develop a nuclear weapon, nor end their quest to wipe Israel off the map. They play the long game.

But then again, we don’t know everything Trump knows.

Is Israel the ultimate long-term loser in the deal? Probably. So are the innocent Iranian people.

But world leaders, oil markets, stock markets, and the pocketbooks of American citizens are the clear winners.
