It’s a brand-new decade that are some are already calling another historic roaring 20’s.
That of course remains to be seen, or is it already happening?
Case in point.
At the Florida state line that loud roar you hear is the roar of the multitudes of Americans fleeing into our sunshine state to live out their retirement years or to avoid their high-tax, state income tax state.
New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Connecticut are all major contributors to the mass immigration.
The latest data from the IRS, indicates Florida by far ranked the number one state for new state income from new residents in 2018, a whopping $16 billion.
As a Tampa, Florida native one thing is quite clear: the Florida I once knew growing up, will never be the same again and I miss that time.
