“Nancy Guthrie, Where Are You”

Bill Bunkley’s “This Is Something to Think About”

Air Date Friday, February 6, 2026

An 84-year-old grandmother has gone missing.

Senior citizens and others go missing every day across America. Untold families face the terrible news that their loved one is missing. We see tragic stories every day and usually feel little empathy.

NBC Today Show Co-Anchor Savannah Guthrie and her family are living out this nightmare; her mom has been abducted or kidnapped. A ransom note has been tendered.

Like most of you, I’m praying for her safe return, but it’s also made me think about others who have walked through similar disappearances without national awareness. Our hearts and prayers should go out to them as well.

Pima County Sheriff Mark Lamb said he believes “she is still out there.”

Nancy Guthrie, where are you?

To the captors, just let her go.
