“Governor DeSantis Names 2 Groups Terrorist Organizations”

Governor DeSantis is using his pen to issue a couple of executive orders in Florida.

Two groups will now be designated as foreign terrorist organizations in Florida: The Council on American-Islamic Relations, aka CAIR, and the Muslim Brotherhood.

DeSantis says CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood have ties to Hamas.

CAIR filed a lawsuit, but Governor DeSantis welcomed the suit, declaring it would allow the State of Florida to comb through CAIR's financial records and other documents in the discovery process.

DeSantis has ordered state agencies to stop CAIR from getting state funding, contracts, or employment.

CAIR’s influence in Florida and across the nation has been a point of concern for many years.

Now Floridians will get a chance to look under the hood.
